A quick tip to ensure your positive energy first thing in the morning: STAY OFF OF YOUR PHONE!
Let the first 15 to 30 minutes of the day be YOUR TIME.
Don’t be so quick to grab your phone, you enter into everyone else’s life through social media and quite frankly don’t know what you are going to get.
Why not change up the routine and ensure your Positive energy for the day ahead?
A few things that I do daily is meditation. It allows me to become fully aware of that time at that moment.
Writing in my journal. I tend to have so many thoughts when I first wake up, an OVERFLOW of ideas and life hacks that I learned to to put on paper. This tool helps me free up my mind and keep the clarity going!
I don’t know about you, but when the mind is free and clear of negative mind clutter, it sure makes the day alot smoother, keeping me focused and increasing success on any given task.
Be careful not to get so wrapped up in others people’s lives, that you neglect your own.
The mind depends on you all day every day. You have a responsibility to feed it adequately, not negatively.
