We can have days where we feel completely on top of the world.
We can also have days that we feel that we don’t want to get out of bed.
Either time you are enough.
The day that you open your eyes, you are enough.
Any day that you are frustrated with the world, you are still enough.
When facing any type of uncertainty, it seems we default into a negative state of mind.
Allowing self doubt to become an overwhelming factor.
Doesn’t have to be that way.
Understanding emotions is very important. We all go through different types of feelings and I’ve learned that everyone reacts differently to similar situations.
Let’s begin adopting a better way by being open to embrace all emotions. Know what can trigger the positive and negative reactions and start on the assignment of putting the positive as priority.
Negative shit always happen. Even when it’s close to home, you don’t have to let it be a factor to you.
Be ok with taking time to understand YOU. The highs, the lows, the uncertainty, everything.
Be ok with not being ok sometimes.
Just be sure to let the OK be more than not being ok.
