Protecting peace on social media..

It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of social media.

As a full time entrepreneur, one would say that there is where the bread and butter is for some one like me.

Although I don’t necessarily disagree, it doesn’t mean I won’t shut it down whenever I feel the need to.

I have no problem logging out for a day or even a week or more.

I teach women how to shut down the negative chatter and regain their clarity among other transformational things on a daily basis. So you better believe I’m going to practice what I preach.

I definitely have other things and projects going on outside of the social media world, and for that I am grateful.

Grateful that I know when to detach.

Grateful for knowing that I’m not going to miss anything if I choose to log out of my social media.

Grateful to be aware of my mental well being.

Some carry the mindset that stress and havoc are supposed to equal success.

Not me.

Life happens. Situations occur.

But nothing like having a empowering plan in place to help you control HOW you react to those not so ideal situations.

Life is busy but shouldn’t be stressful to the point where we get sick about it.

Make reflection a daily practice. Get into the habit of replacing those negative situations with productive ones.

The shift is necessary.
