Kisha Woods is the visionary behind Upgraded MindsetZ, LLC, and also co-founder of UPM Suites. As an Award-Winning Coach, she focuses on Personal Transformation and Entrepreneurial Development for Women. Kisha wears multiple hats: she’s a Motivational Speaker, a 2X Podcast Host, and an empowering advocate for her local community of women of all ages. Her mission? To empower women by dismantling self-imposed barriers and instilling transformative thinking methods that enhance both their personal and professional lives.
Kisha faced silent battles with her mental well-being over the years. In March 2020, she hit a breaking point, exhausted by the turmoil in her mind. This pivotal moment marked the start of her transformative journey, which she chronicled in her Amazon Best Selling book, ‘From Havoc to Healing: 30 Days of Reconditioning’.
She published these intimate details in 2023 for individuals to understand the importance of healing and empowering themselves to thrive.
Kisha founded Upgraded MindsetZ in June 2020 and evolved it into a platform of administrative support, coaching, mentorship, media services, and other inspirational initiatives focused on personal and entrepreneurial growth for women.
After being let go from her corporate job in November 2020, Kisha transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back!
Kisha is also the co-owner of UPM Suites which serves as a resource for small businesses offering select administrative resources and print services for the community. UPM is also a retail hub for other small businesses that offer a diverse range of products and services.
